usa background search

I like to do a background check on someone I know. But I'm not in the U.S. and have never lived in the U.S. either. I did a quick search on the web, but we believe that Most sites that offer this service are (and research) in the United States. Does anyone know a site that can provide this service for those born / living outside the U.S.? Side note: I hope that this individual, but because they are born, and religion, my friends suggested to verify this. Especially since we plan to go all the United States to live (and marriage, whether before or after the move). I am a U.S. citizen and be his sponsor (one way or another) for the visa process.

Checking final history is for you to marry, have a family and live a full life together. If someone control me, nobody wanted me.
