I am working on a film. Its going better than expected due to the single theme. I strongly this will eventually have a bit of attention when it is finished. Among the odd turns this film is the money that I do this all alone without crew ever! There will be parts where random people can be filmed for the Fund and, for example, all talking at once a sound, however, there is no interaction in a scene. What are the legal guide lines on the release of a documentary or a film that includes images of random people, which obviously has never signed a declaration? All sites devoted to these issues?
